Elijah Taylor builds the relationships that move Bennett Group’s clients into new markets across energy, infrastructure, and defense. In 2026, he designed and organized the Utah leg of a Central Asia business and civic delegation, and has coordinated engagement between a North African government and the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity ahead of an upcoming business mission, work he continues alongside the Washington Insight Group on cross-border development between North Africa and Utah. He brings years of experience working with European countries and companies, including time living in England, and has advocated publicly for a single national data privacy standard on behalf of small businesses, appearing on Good Things Utah alongside Internet For Growth to argue against a state-by-state patchwork that raises digital advertising costs for local companies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Taylor interned in the office of U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch, handling immigration casework and co-interviewing candidates for U.S. military academies, and has since advised clients alongside former Representatives Rob Bishop and Scott Tipton on navigating federal systems, government relations, and public-private collaboration. He also brings years of experience in the workplace resilience and behavioral health sector, advising organizations on government relations and institutional partnerships. He served as Director of Student Involvement and Leadership at Ensign College, overseeing student organizations, events, and budgets. Mr. Taylor also serves as Managing Partner at Black Star Syndicate, a Salt Lake City-based business development firm he leads alongside fellow Bennett Group partners Max Stitzer and Jeremy Andra. He serves on the Advisory Board at Neumont University, as Vice President of a private, international business owners and founders club in Salt Lake City, and is active with 47G and World Trade Center Utah.
